We invest in the transition

Certified Employers receive 50% of participant wages reimbursed for up to 320 hours through UCHRA. That's eight weeks at full-time pay, covering wages, benefits, supervision, and training.

Every certified employer completes our free Poverty IQ course. You'll learn how the benefits cliff affects your workforce, why your best employee might turn down a raise or avoid a promotion, and what practical steps keep people moving forward.
